Second tip. 0 .060 5 .078 10 .086 15 .096 20 .116 25 .126 30 .156 This rod with the heavy tip works well with a %% 5f line. Will cast a lot of line easily. The light tip is an enigma to me. I think it is for a wet fly action. It is very soft but cast a 3 wt line well at close distances.

This rod has a "Tip-heavy" stress profile. Stress varies significantly across the rod. Some sections work much harder than others, creating a pronounced action character. Peak stress is in the optimal working range. The rod is efficiently utilizing the bamboo's strength.
